- The Third Direction in Architecture by dr.Haitham Sadek Selim (2017-11-29)
Public lecture presented by dr. Haitham Selim to provide a brief explanation of his book “Third direction in architecture”. In addition to explaining his book, the second part of the lecture was devoted for the audiences to allow them to debate and explain their own perspectives with the lecturer.
- Arabic projects and international offices by Architect Tarek Abd EL-Fatah
A public lecture about the Arabian architectural projects designed by pioneer architects such as, Norman Foster, and Zaha Hadid.

1.2. Site visits.
The architectural department makes many site visits each semester for students in different levels and courses to help them understand a certain issue through exploring it in reality. Examples of these visits are visiting a building with certain typology for students in a design course such as an airport or an office building, visiting a building to explore a technical issue like HVAC system, or visiting a building in its construction phase for students to understand certain issues in building and execution courses. The following are examples from these visits.

Most of the architectural department staff along with some students from different levels went in a visit to explore the new Egyptian Grand Museum 20.

Just like a space flight, a race against time, directs our greatest potential and courage to discover it. We take small opportunities to make a big impact.
We took the opportunity of the challenge to create an application that contributes to monitoring the danger of the Coronavirus within a 3 days hackathon. To achieve this goal, we were keen to design the project to make the responsibility a decision that every person takes for the world and himself, in a simple way that helps him to be an influential member of the goal that unites us and the users.
